Supervisor II – 2nd Shift, Weekend

• Schedule, coordinate, and measure operations within a warehouse facility
• Measure standard operating processes within the facility
• Work from customer business schedules and develop daily schedules
• Measure performance against schedules
• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure
• Develop and maintain ISO-level operating guidelines and metrics for internal and external customers
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Coordinate daily cycle counts
• Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees
• Route trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed
• Load and unload trucks when necessary
• Check in and break down import freight when necessary
• Prepare documentation for exporting freight when necessary
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location may determine actual compensation

Demonstrates expertise in scheduling, coordinating, and measuring warehouse operations while maintaining ISO-level operating guidelines and metrics. Proven ability to develop productivity standards and ensure a safe working environment.
