• Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of goods
• Manage and motivate warehouse teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency, safety, and accuracy
• Coordinate with other departments to meet inventory and delivery deadlines
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock organization and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and operational procedures
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement

• Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, and receiving operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in warehouse settings
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technology is a plus
