School House Staffing is hiring a Special Education Teacher for a middle school assignment for the  school year in Wickenburg, AZ (85390). This is a full-time, W-2 position paying $45.00-$55.00 per hour DOE, on a four-day school week, Monday through Thursday.

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. Actual rate within this range depends on licensure, endorsements, relevant experience, and assignment requirements. Paid weekly. This range reflects what School House Staffing reasonably expects in good faith to pay for this assignment at the time of posting.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage available to eligible employees; paid holidays per company policy after the eligibility period; earned paid sick time accrued in accordance with Arizona's Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act; workers' compensation coverage; employer-paid payroll taxes; and dedicated recruiter and HR support throughout the assignment. Monday through Thursday, a four-day school week, on-site at a single partner middle school for the  school year. The daily on-site schedule runs approximately 7.5-8 hours and includes a duty-free, unpaid lunch period. Some Fridays may include required professional development or IEP meeting obligations as scheduled by the district. Start date and assignment duration are subject to district needs, enrollment, and the terms of the client agreement, and are not guaranteed.

School House Staffing partners with school districts across Arizona to place special education professionals. In this role you will:

• Serve as the case manager for an assigned middle school caseload
• Write, implement, and monitor IEPs, and lead IEP meetings
• Deliver specialized instruction in a resource setting
• Collect and report progress-monitoring data
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, families, and school administration
• Comply with all district, state, and IDEA requirements for documentation and timelines

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate with a Cross-Categorical Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain one before the assignment start date
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all district onboarding and health requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
