In this role you will work as a Product Engineer working as a Project Engineer and Product owner for several lines of heavy road maintenance equipment. Specifically, you will use SOLIDWORKS to improve equipment through continuous improvement and cost reduction techniques as well as being directly involved in improving machining, welding and assemblies, and more.
This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity and must be worked at company facility in Wickenburg, AZ
Company does have a 4 day/10 hour Monday-Thursday work schedule
Salary is in the 90K-110K range with relocation bonus as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- BSME or similar, 5 years plus in Product Design and Engineering
- Must have strong background using SOLIDWORKS
- Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, welded assemblies and similar
- Experience with machining and welding processes a plus, strong project management skills
- Previous experience with construction, agriculture, mining, forestry or heavy automotive equipment highly preferred (John Deere, Caterpillar, etc.)
