Role DetailsFull‑time position, 4/10s. The FNP or PA will be the primary provider on site, seeing patients of all ages.
LocationRural community hospital located 60 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Competitive salary, based on experience
- RVU bonus potential up to $30‑50k per year
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) match up to 2%
