Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Wickenburg, AZ

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Tuesday–Friday, four 10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

• Provide perioperative nursing care across 2 OR suites and 1 procedure room, supporting an average of 5 cases per day
• Scrub orthopedic cases including total knee and total hip procedures
• Assist with general surgery cases such as hernia repair and cholecystectomy, as well as endoscopic procedures including EGDs and colonoscopies
• Collaborate with OR technicians and surgical services staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Document patient care accurately using the CPSI electronic medical record system
• Float occasionally to support the Surgery Clinic area as needed

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated ability to scrub orthopedic surgical cases
• Operating room clinical experience

• Ability to scrub a broad range of general and specialty surgical cases beyond orthopedics
• Prior experience with CPSI electronic medical record system
• Comfort working in a small, close-knit surgical department environment

• Scrubs are provided, and a structured one-week department-specific orientation is included to set you up for success
• Work a consistent four-day schedule with a collaborative surgical team in a community-focused care setting
