- # Suites: 2 OR suites, 1 Procedure room.
- Average # of cases per day: 5
- Required
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS
- Common Cases:
Totals (knee, hip), minor generals (hernia, gall bladder), EGDs, colonoscopy.
- Experience:
Must be able to scrub orthopedics.
- Scrubbing required:
Other than scrubbing ortho cases scrubbing is not required but is a bonus.
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor:
None, report to Krisinda, Surgical Services Director.
- OR techs:
Yes
- EMR: CPSI
- Shifts & Scheduling:
Tuesday-Friday, 4 - 10's. 730-530P.
- Floating Requirements:
Rare. Could float to help in the Surgery Clinic area.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code:
Scrubs provided.
- Unit/Department specific orientation: 1 week.
