- Be accountable for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff.
- Drive high-performance results within a fast-paced, solutions-focused sales environment and focus on optimizing customer and employee experience.
- Mentor the Assistant General Manager and complete trainings; attend weekly sales leadership calls.
- Motivate your team to excel in every guest interaction and drive the business forward.
- Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
- Teach, coach, and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
- Attract and retain top-caliber employees; act as brand advocate for Victra.
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
- Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
- Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintain store performance by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Think of innovative ways to drive store traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
- Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members and provide timely follow-up.
- Stay up to date with new promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions to meet current and future needs.

CompensationPay will include a base rate of $21.15 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
What We Are Looking ForYou thrive in a sales environment and enjoy developing and motivating a team. You set high goals and know how to motivate others to achieve them. You are open to new ideas, relate well with different people, and are attuned to the needs of others to ensure they can perform at their best.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge
