Heavy Equipment Operator – Transfer Station

Hourly Range: $18 - $19 per hour

This role supports transfer station operations through the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will manage material flow, load transfer trucks, and help maintain a clean and safe operating environment.

Heavy Equipment Operators play a critical role in keeping transfer station operations running efficiently. Your work directly supports safety, throughput, and service reliability.

• Operate Grizzly crane, wheel loader, and excavator
• Load and stage transfer trucks
• Maintain yard cleanliness and safety
• Perform equipment inspections and report issues
• Support daily operational needs

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience with loaders, excavators, or similar equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Safety-focused work habits
• CDL preferred but not required

• Hourly pay
• Schedule based on operational needs
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
