Wyatt Works Plumbing in Northeast Ohio is seeking a customer service representative to join our busy team. You will convert calls into booked service appointments, deliver professional scripts, and help promote our brand.
The schedule includes 7am–6pm with some Saturdays, and varies with notice. Ideal candidates have proven customer service experience, strong communication, IT competency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
