Consolidated Precision Products seeks a Process Engineer to support Aerospace & Defense programs within our Engineering & Design team. You will develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for precision components, driving quality, yield, and cost improvements. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, PFMEA creation, work instructions, and process validation. You'll collaborate with design, quality, and operations to introduce new products, implement lean and Six Sigma tools, and ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Create and maintain PFMEAs, work instructions, and process documentation
- Support new product introductions and process validation
- Collaborate with design, quality, and operations to resolve production issues
- Apply lean and Six Sigma tools to improve yield, quality, and cost
- Ensure process compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement projects
