HR Manager – Human Resources

Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with assigned leadership teams.
  • Partner with leaders to improve engagement, productivity, and talent attraction and retention.
  • Translate business strategies and competitive insights into effective talent and workforce plans.
  • Support workforce and succession planning through data‑driven insights and tools.
  • Ensure effective performance management, including performance evaluations, improvement plans, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Global Human Resources Centers of Expertise to deliver best‑fit talent solutions.
  • Support compensation reviews by evaluating job requirements, responsibilities, and competencies.
  • Coach managers to ensure compliance with Human Resources policies, guidelines, and employment laws.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Human Resources processes and systems.
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and collaboration across teams and geographies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Human Resources business partnering experience.
  • Experience supporting medium‑to‑large or global organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed team environment.
  • Expert knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and processes.
  • Proven experience coaching and partnering with experienced leaders.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading or supporting change initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Human Resources process improvements.
Work Environment
  • Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
  • Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided.
  • Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment.
  • Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
  • Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
