Talent Administration Coordinator
Location:
Wickliffe, OH, or Brecksville, OH with the ability to transfer to Wickliffe in 2028.
Non‑exempt / Hourly position.
4 days in office, 1 Flex day each week.
Responsibilities- Provide support for assigned cases and inquiries within North America Leveraged Services Talent Administration, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Research, analyze, and resolve cases while identifying trends and recommending continuous improvements.
- Partner with Leveraged Services Team Leads and Centers of Excellence to address escalations such as vendor performance and specialized requests.
- Maintain and update Human Resources knowledge base content and frequently asked questions to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Support recruiting and staffing activities including contractor conversions, PERM and visa sponsorship coordination, and requisition administration.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate expense reimbursement activities.
- Administer vendor invoicing activities across talent acquisition systems and partners.
- Coordinate onboarding pre‑start activities, communications, and first‑day readiness for new hires.
- Guide managers and new hires through onboarding processes and provide best practices and issue resolution support.
- Collaborate with vendors and site Human Resources teams to ensure onboarding is completed on time and in compliance.
- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a shared services or customer service environment.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Customer service orientation with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working with Human Resources systems and processes.
- Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided.
- Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment.
- Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
- Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
