Base pay range is determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords. Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in private rooms and public living areas. Keep positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing jurisdictions.
QualificationsMust have experience maintaining HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment. Ability to perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned, and respond promptly to maintenance requests. Strong communication skills and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
