General Manager - PCC Airfoils

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for leading the SMP Wickliffe and Eastlake facilities to achieve world‑class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth while ensuring alignment to PCC's business objectives. This role owns full site P&L and provides strategic, operational, and cultural leadership to drive sustained improvements in profitability, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

The General Manager will lead a high‑performance organization within a fast‑paced, short‑cycle, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment with a focus on investment casting and jet engine customers.

Essential Functions

Operational & Business Leadership

* Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship across all operations.

* Drive performance and continuous improvement across all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity, Sales, Compliance, Product Development, NPI, Communication, and Employee Development.

* Own the facility's P&L, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plan development and execution.

* Develop short‑ and long‑term business strategies that ensure sustained growth of revenue, profit, and cash flow.

* Lead daily execution and high‑impact projects that meet or exceed SQDCP targets; when gaps occur, develop and execute credible recovery plans.

* Ensure the facility meets or exceeds annual sales revenue and profitability goals.

* Drive product line growth across volume, market share, and new customer expansion.

* Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with Division and Corporate leadership.
