Job DescriptionRotating schedule of 12 hour shifts
Mon-Tues-Sat-Sun THEN Wed-Thurs-Friday
36 hour work week gets a 4-hour kicker
Position SummaryMaintain ample supply of properly formulated slurry for the Low-Pressure Injection area. Formulate Low Pressure slurry, test and record properties of slurry and adjust as required within established guidelines.
Essential Functions- Keep manufacturing supplied with required approved slurries at all times through formulation, maintenance and testing of binders and IGT slurry tanks
- Formulate Low Pressure Slurry and maintain slurry tanks as defined by written procedures
- Perform standard tests for slurry and binder properties at required intervals
as defined by written procedures
- Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures
- Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S
- Other duties as assigned by supervision
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be self-directed to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
- Must have good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and internal employees
