Job Description

Position Summary:

The Dip Operator is responsible for the execution of the entirety of the dip process. This includes dip tank and dryer operation, part movement/staging and completion of required paperwork.

Essential Functions:

* Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Dip Machines.
* Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc)
* Operate dip tanks
* Test dip tanks to procedure standards
* Load ceramics cores into racks
* Load racks into dip tanks/dryers belts
* Safely operator belt dryer
* Move product throughout the plant per router
* Complete all required documentation accurately
* Meet department productivity and yield standards
* Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
* Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S
* Other duties as assigned by supervision
