Operate and maintain vacuum casting furnaces to produce quality castings;
Perform all routine furnace maintenance functions;
Meet efficiency standards and productivity goals as established by the department;
Accurately record all work and relevant information in logs according to SOP requirements;
Support the casting department with tasks including:
Basic metal prep, Cleaning mold chambers, Mold prep prior to casting, Burnouts and baffle changes, Setting up molds inside the furnace
