Foundry Operator- 1st OWW

Precision Castparts Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Maintaining and operating vacuum casting furnace as required to produce quality castings.;
Record all work performed and all necessary information on logs as prescribed on Standard Operating Procedure requirements (SOP).;
Performs support functions in the casting department, including basic metal prep, cutting and grinding, cleaning mold chambers, assisting in prepping the mods at the furnaces prior to cast, assisting in burnouts, preparing baffles, making baffle changes, and setting up molds inside the furnace.;
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating professionally with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.;
All training requirements must be met to be deemed a fully trained Vacuum Cast Technician I.
