Wed Thu Fri (work 36 hrs get paid for 40)
- Identify, load and scan all batches
- Load parts in autoclave baskets using specific orientation per the PEI.
- Load and unload baskets in autoclaves using crane and torque wrench.
- Start, Drain and stop autoclave vessels.
- React per SOP to alarm conditions and contact necessary personnel based on specific alarms.
- Place autoclave baskets in holding tank for Washout personnel.
- Assist Washout with timely turnaround.
- Verification of parts to paperwork.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
- Autoclave traceability maintained through paperwork verification.
- Record information in Lot Control.
- Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervision.
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must show ability to follow detailed procedures reliably.
- Be able to meet daily production goals.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to be self-directed and motivated.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency of applicable procedure instructions.
- Meet or exceed defined visual acuity (when required)
- Meet color perception standards needed in performance of job requirements (when required).
- Certification and completion of written exam in accordance with the SOP.
- Additional training to comply with applicable SOP/Certifications (when required).
