Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead production of complex aerospace castings and precision-machined components. In this on-site role, you will manage day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently met. You will oversee production teams, coordinate equipment and resources, and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across processes. Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, you'll support new product introductions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain compliance with aerospace standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Manage and schedule production teams, equipment, and resources for aerospace castings and machining
- Implement and sustain lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5
- S, Kaizen, root cause analysis)
- Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and drive corrective actions to improve throughput and yield
- Ensure compliance with aerospace, customer, and internal quality standards and procedures
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain on new product introductions and process changes
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage hourly and salaried manufacturing staff
- Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce EHS policies and housekeeping standards
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process optimization efforts
- Collaborate across CPP sites to share best practices and support cross-plant initiatives
