As a Marketing Communications Specialist
, you will provide cross‑functional support across the Travel & Events, Marketing Operations, and Communications teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to multiple Marketing swim lanes while gaining broad marketing and communications experience. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Travel & Events
  • Coordinating event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology needs.
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support event delivery.
  • Developing event plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Supporting event setup and teardown activities.
  • Managing registration processes, invitations, and event communications.
  • Maintaining organized event files and documentation.
  • Providing support for junior‑level travel needs
• Marketing Operations
  • Designing, building, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Dynamics CRM.
  • Conducting A/B testing and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
  • Building new web pages and updating existing site content.
  • Organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital marketing assets within the DAM system.
  • Supporting ongoing initiatives including GEO/AI leadership tools and marketing productivity platforms.
• Communications
  • Providing project and timeline management for major programs and pillar events.
  • Coordinating communications across stakeholders and teams.
  • Supporting logistical communications execution, including push notifications, music selections, speaker coordination, and event‑related content.
  • Managing associated digital platforms related to corporate events and communications.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, or CMS platforms.

• Experience with Dynamics CRM, DAM systems, or web content management systems.
• Prior event coordination experience.
