About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Assist with staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services on care plans and improvements.
- Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school or approved RN program.
- Current RN license in Ohio.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospital, long‑term care, or related healthcare setting.
