Our client in Wickliffe is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspector to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a great company offering excellent benefits upon permanent hire. Candidates must have excellent attendance
, be dependable, and arrive to work on time every day.

• Perform job start-ups according to Quality Control procedures.
• Load and unload parts onto fixtures for inspection.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Complete midpoint and final shipping audits on products.
• Enter inspection and quality data into computer systems.
• Follow sampling plans to audit production and outgoing materials.
• Identify quality concerns and assist with problem-solving efforts.
• Train and support operators on quality standards and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, charts, and documentation accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
  .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a self-directed environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality procedures.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
