Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing using established methods across mass spectrometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) laboratories.
  • Prepare samples, operate analytical instruments, and collect high-quality data in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Apply fundamental principles of chromatographic and spectrometric techniques with increasing independence as experience grows.
  • Support method execution, data review, and documentation under the guidance of senior scientists.
  • Assist with instrument setup, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sites to meet analytical needs and project timelines.
  • Document experimental work and results accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
  • Operate safely and responsibly while adhering to all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
  • Foundational understanding of analytical chemistry principles.
  • Willingness and ability to work hands‑on in laboratory environments across multiple analytical techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data quality.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while developing scientific judgment.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industrial experience with HPLC, GC, GPC, and/or mass spectrometry.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and analytical data handling.
  • Interest in supporting a broad range of chemistries, from small molecules to complex systems.
Work Environment
  • Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
  • Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.
  • Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment.
  • Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
  • Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
