Surveillance Security Dispatcher (Garda World Security Services)

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Dispatcher. The role requires a sharp eye and strong observation skills to monitor a series of screens, spotting threats before they escalated in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

  Full‑time, Tuesday through Friday, 3rd shift, 12:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Maintain dispatcher readiness and experience
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have dispatcher experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
