We’re launching a brand-new HVAC division — and we’re looking for someone solid to help build it from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the department, work alongside a 50-year industry vet, and take your career to the next level.

You’ll be one of the first boots on the ground — running service, diagnosing systems, talking directly with homeowners, and executing clean installs. You’ll also help us shape how we do HVAC here  right person doesn’t just turn wrenches — they turn moments into long-term customer relationships.

• Have solid residential experience: forced air systems, heat pumps, and hot water or steam boiler work.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Can present options and close the sale with integrity.
• Want to be part of something bigger than just another job.

• $25/hour base pay, with clear performance-based incentives. (Top performers earn $100k–$125k+)
