• Diagnose, service, and upgrade residential electrical systems
• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners
• Offer solutions with kindness, honesty, and professionalism

• Use digital tools (we’ll train you) and follow our proven systems
• Help build and shape our electrical service department from the ground up

• 3+ years of hands‑on residential electrical experience
• A clean driving record and background
• A self‑starter who’s hungry, humble, and excited to help build something new
