Avaya Phone System Technician
Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and replacement of Avaya phones with Microsoft Teams phones.
Lead and coordinate refresh efforts across multiple locations while supporting and directing other technicians.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Avaya and Microsoft Teams phone systems.
Schedule work, track progress, and provide stakeholder updates.
Strong Microsoft Teams Phone knowledge.
Avaya phone system experience preferred.
Experience performing phone hardware upgrades and installations.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
