Seasonal Outside Services Attendant

Rate: $13.00/hour

Pay Grade: SEA | Starting salary based on prior experience and education.

Location: Pine Ridge Country Club, Wickliffe, OH 44092

Under direction of the Senior Golf Course Manager, the Outside Services Attendant works with staff to assure a smooth transition for all members and guests and assists with setup and execution of golf outings and leagues.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to members and public golfers.
• Performs general cart barn duties: removes debris, gases and power washes, wipes and dries carts.
• Brings out carts in the morning for staging and puts carts away in the evening.
• Checks all outgoing and incoming carts for damage.
• Reports damaged and malfunctioned carts to the pro shop.
• Replaces scorecards and pencils on clean carts.
• Performs golf course duties including picking up broken tees, fixing divots, repairing ball marks, picking up sticks and debris, emptying waste baskets, and filling seed boxes.
• Performs general upkeep of the golf course during slow cart times.
• Enforces all golf course rules, etiquette and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with others with tact and courtesy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Variable work schedule; weather dependent.
• May work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal role, March through November.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; background check required.
