Salary Range: $22.00 – $24.00 Hourly
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Multiple shifts available
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.

The Warehouse Associate – Corrugate (Forklift Operator) is responsible for operating a forklift to move, store, and organize materials and products within the warehouse. This role includes loading and unloading shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The forklift operator plays a key role in the efficiency of warehouse operations and the timely flow of goods.
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and care.
- Organize and store corrugate materials in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Verify received materials against shipping documents for accuracy.
- Support inventory management by accurately scanning, labeling, and documenting material movements.
- Inspect forklifts and other equipment daily and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment including removing debris and managing waste.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols, including the use of proper PPE and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members, warehouse supervisors, and shipping/receiving personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid forklift certification required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping labels, and basic documentation.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations related to forklift operation and material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good spatial awareness and ability to maneuver in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset for identifying and resolving inventory or equipment issues.
- Dependability and time management to meet deadlines and maintain flow of goods.
