MOT Tester ​/ Mechanic

Based in Widnes, this full-time, permanent position combines MOT testing with general mechanical duties. The working week runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00, with a Saturday shift ending at 2:00. A competitive annual salary is offered, negotiable according to experience. You will conduct vehicle inspections, complete servicing, perform diagnostics, and handle repairs across a varied workload. As the company continues to grow, we need another skilled pair of hands in the workshop.

• Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests to DVSA standards
• Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Brakes, suspension and general mechanical repairs
• Keeping accurate MOT and repair records
• Working alongside our workshop and admin team to keep jobs moving
• Delivering the high standard of workmanship our customers expect

• Ideally, you will already be a qualified MOT Tester with good all- round mechanical experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and comfortable working on modern vehicles
