Children aged 7 to 17 with Social Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)

13.50 per hour

• 36 hours per week
• 48 hours per week

6 to 8 sleeps per month paid at 52 per sleep

Up to 38688 per year

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Residential Childcare Practitioners who are ready to make a real difference in young peoples lives. If you’re resilient caring and committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment we would love to hear from you!

• Level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Residential Childcare Social / Childrens Care or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Experience in SEBD challenging behaviour or complex needs (not elderly care)
• Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)

• Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum Age – 22 due to childrens workforce regulations
