Electrician

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Electrician on behalf of our client, a well-established company based in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for steady work with a reputable organisation. Projects are mainly based in the North West but will involve travel across the UK with accommodation and expenses provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Fault finding and testing to ensure systems are safe and compliant
• Working on domestic and/or commercial projects (depending on experience)
• Completing work to current wiring regulations (BS7671)
• Accurately completing job reports and documentation
• Maintaining a high standard of health & safety on site

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ECS / CSCS Card
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
