Subcontract Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer - Social Housing Work

This role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems in council and housing association properties. Job Type: Subcontractor / Self‑Employed (3‑5 days per week, flexible schedule).

• Service, diagnose, and repair domestic gas appliances (boilers, cookers, fires) in social housing properties
• Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and social housing standards
• Follow health & safety and safeguarding policies

• Valid Domestic ACS qualifications including HTR1 (Gas Fires) & CKR1 (Gas Cookers)
• Gas Safe Registration
• Own van and tools
• Clean, valid DBS certificate
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience diagnosing and repairing gas boilers/appliances
