Findr Recruitment zoekt een Recruitment Consultant die zelfstandig het volledige recruitmentproces beheert: van klantintake en kandidaatwerving tot plaatsing. Je onderhoudt klantrelaties en bouwt je portefeuille uit door proactief nieuwe opdrachtgevers te benaderen, ook via koude acquisitie.
Het betreft geen juniorfunctie; je brengt recruitmentervaring mee, kunt prioriteiten stellen en neemt snel verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt 32–40 uur per week en hebt uitstekende Nederlandse taalvaardigheid.
