Praktikantin / Praktikant Personalvermittlung
Deine Mission:- Du findest die passenden Mitarbeitenden für temporäre Einsätze bei unseren kunden
- Du rekrutierst Kandidaten / Kandidatinnen und arbeitest eng mit den Personalberatern und Personalberaterinnen zusammen
- Du prüfst die eingehenden Bewerbungen, führst telefonische sowie persönliche Interviews und erstellst Kandidatendossiers
- Du erstellst Stelleninserate und bist aktiv auf Social Media Kanälen
- Du pflegst die Datenbank und erstellst Einsatz- sowie Verleihverträge
- Lust, in die Personaldienstleistungswelt einzutauchen – wir bringen dir alles bei
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
- Freude am Tempo, an Vielfalt und am täglichen Kontakt mit Kandidaten/innen
- Das Telefon ist dein bester Freund
- Praktikum 12
