We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students in Grade 2 and Grade 3 within our Intensive Resource Room (IRR) program. This specialized program serves students on the autism spectrum and/or those with developmental disabilities who benefit from direct, explicit instruction in a structured, small‑group classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and be proficient in supporting students who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems.

• MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Licensure in one of the following:
  • Moderate Disabilities PreK-2
  • Moderate Disabilities PreK-8
  • Severe Needs (All Levels)
• SEI Endorsement (preferred)
• Valid CORI is required
• Suitable fingerprinting results are required before employment can begin
