JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement a Multi-Tiered System of Support using data to identify student needs and provide targeted reading interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based instructional strategies in small groups to support student growth.
• Analyze assessment data to monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and collaborate with staff to improve student outcomes.
• Partner with staff and families to support student learning through MTSS-aligned interventions and best instructional practices.

• Reading Specialist license preferred
• Strong background in data-driven instruction and evidence-based interventions
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Licensure
• Certification Area
• SEI Endorsement (preferred)
• Valid CORI is required
• Suitable "fingerprinting" results are required before employment can begin.
