Staff Development Coordinator Infection Preventionist (SDC IP) – Job Summary

Full‑time, days (Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $ annually

• Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
• Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
• Run and assist with employee training and orientation.
• Assist with admissions when needed, and support the overall flow of the nursing department and units.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
• Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
