Job DetailsFull‑time, days (Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
Salary Range: $95,000.00 – $ annually
Responsibilities- Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
- Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
- Run and assist with employee training and orientation.
- Assist with admissions when needed, and support the overall flow of the nursing department and units.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
- Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
