Facilities - Maintenance Tech - Class B

• Performs general labor inside and outside physical buildings, including district-wide grounds keeping, handling of materials and supplies, moving equipment, operating power-driven equipment, snow removal, mowing, sports field layout and marking, and any other district driven needs
• Performs various maintenance tasks such as minor electrical, carpentry, flooring, roofing, plumbing, door, lock, mechanical, HVAC, and other miscellaneous facility related repairs.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform after-hours work when required
• Maintains all safety and code requirements of the Federal, State, Local and School Committee guidelines
