As our Operations Superstar
, you’ll be the right hand of the executive team and the engine behind our daily success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Train and mentor team members across all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service
• Lead customer service excellence
  —support front-line teams in creating memorable customer experiences
• Enforce policies and procedures
  , ensuring operational consistency and accountability across all stores
• Monitor and maintain key performance metrics
  , including production efficiency, turnaround time, quality control, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate logistics for pickup/delivery routes, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations
• Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively, always looking for process improvements
• Work directly with the leadership team on strategy, growth initiatives, and special projects

• Proven experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses (multi-unit management a strong plus)
• A natural leader with excellent people skills and a track record of developing strong teams
• Detail-oriented and metrics-driven
