Job hours are typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm. Overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.

We seek an individual with strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work well with change. The Production Manager must be able to multi‑task and show great attention to detail.

• Oversee inventory, emergency orders, and quality control
• Manage people resources, storage, supplies, equipment maintenance, plant organization, vehicle maintenance
• Supervise production labor
• Support the professional growth and development of staff
• Responsible for hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
• Review, follow‑up billings and handle customer escalations
• Reports directly to VP
• Additional reasonable duties as assigned

• Professional communication skills, people-oriented and highly organized.
• Clean driving record and background.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Well Groomed and Great communicator
• Required experience:
  
  manager, supervisor, warehouse: 3 years
