Field Technician

Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:45 am-4:15 pm
, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays.

FRSTeam of Oklahoma is seeking a service‑focused, friendly professional to join our team as a Field Technician. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of FRSTeam in the field. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate.

We seek an individual with strong decision‑making skills and the ability to work well with change. Field Technicians must be able to multi‑task and show great attention to detail.

• Customer contact and follow‑up
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
• Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and weather‑related incidents
• Work in a team setting to achieve goals
• Must pass a criminal background check, pass MVR background check.
• Manage multiple job files and assignments
• Additional duties as assigned

• Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, people‑oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
