Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor

This position qualifies for a $6,000 sign on bonus.

• Report to the Director/Manager.
• Provide excellent patient care, ensuring collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs.
• Conduct assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s).
• Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies.
• Model Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital’s Core Values and mission statement.
• Act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s).
• Demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

• Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
• Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in the department preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS (AHA) Certification.
• ACLS (AHA) Certification.
• PALS (AHA) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• CEN/CCRN encouraged.
