Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor
This position qualifies for a $6,000 sign on bonus.
Responsibilities- Report to the Director/Manager.
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs.
- Conduct assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s).
- Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies.
- Model Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital’s Core Values and mission statement.
- Act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s).
- Demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

- Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
- Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in the department preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- BLS (AHA) Certification.
- ACLS (AHA) Certification.
- PALS (AHA) Certification.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
- CEN/CCRN encouraged.
