Clinical Supervisor; RN - ICU - Day Shift

Responsibilities

Full‑time opportunity: 36 hours per week with full benefits. Opportunity for overtime and shift coverage. $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellent patient care, collaborating on comprehensive care, conducting assessments, treatments, and care on assigned units. They practice in accordance with regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies, continually model core values, and lead as resources. They demonstrate critical thinking in patient care and flow management, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.

Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required. Charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.

Minimum essential education:
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program. BSN preferred.

Required licensure/certifications:
California RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Certification, TNCC (within 6 months of hire for IVMC ICU only), CCRN (ICU) or PCCN (PCU) strongly encouraged, Twelve Lead EKG class within 6 months preferred.
