This full‑time opportunity offers 36‑hours per week with full benefits. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. Offering a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County’s only designated Trauma Center and a county‑designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight‑Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s). Clinical Supervisors will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospital’s mission statement. Clinical Supervisors will act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s).
They will demonstrate critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required.
Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
BSN preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
American Heart Association: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
NIH Stroke Certification.
TNCC (within 6 months of hire, IVMC ICU only).
CCRN (ICU) or PCCN (PCU) strongly encouraged.
Twelve Lead EKG class within 6 months of accepting position preferred.
