Registered Nurse; RN - Med​/Surg​/Tele - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Qualifies for a $6,000 Sign‑on bonus.
• Staff Registered Nurses provide excellence in patient care, collaborating and delivering comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, performing assessments, treatments, and ongoing care on assigned units, including pain management, invasive lines, and surgical drains.

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility required.

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

• BSN preferred.

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.

• BLS (AHA) certification.

• ACLS (AHA) certification.

• NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by end of the week of NEO.

• Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
