Responsibilities
Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs. They provide assessments, treatment and care on assigned units and support patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies and consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.

QualificationsMinimum Essential
Experience:
One (1) year experience in perioperative setting (Pre Op, PACU or Pre Admission Testing).
BSN Preferred:
BSN is preferred but not required.
Required Licensure /
Certifications:
- Current California Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- Must be ACLS certified for OPS/ prefered for Pre Admit.
- PALS required for OPS/ prefered for Pre Admit.
Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
