Responsibilities

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, is a licensed 122‑bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county‑designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year and averages 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. It features a Bariatric Weight‑Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region's only Total Joint Center.

Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborating on comprehensive care plans based on patient and family needs, conducting assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. They provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains. Nurses practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies and demonstrate behaviors that model the organization’s core values and mission statement.

Minimum Essential Experience

One (1) year experience in an critical care setting in an acute care facility.

BSN Preferred

Required Licensure / Certifications

Current California Registered Nurse license.

BLS certification.

ACLS certification

PALS certification

Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
